On 24 July, from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm, join a free family event called Tall Tales from Tribal Times at the Children’s Library in The Hive, Worcester. Storyteller Ian Craigan and archaeologists invite families to explore the lives of people who lived by the River Avon, including Iron Age farmers, Roman travelers, soldiers, and potters. Discover ancient artifacts unearthed at New Farm Nature Reserve near Evesham, hear entertaining stories brought to life by Ian at 11:30, 12:30, and 1:30, and ask archaeologists questions about the past.
