Brinton Park is one of Kidderminster’s best-loved family parks, offering plenty of space for children to play, explore and enjoy the outdoors.
The park features a wide range of attractions for families, including an enclosed playground with zones for different age groups, a skatepark, tennis courts, gardens and large open spaces perfect for picnics, games and relaxed family walks.
During the warmer months, the Splashpad becomes one of the biggest attractions in the park.

The splashpad is now open, 11am to 5pm until Sunday 27 September 2026
The Splashpad at Brinton Park is a hugely popular free water play area where children can cool off, splash around and enjoy active outdoor fun during spring and summer.
With colourful water features and plenty of space to play, it is ideal for toddlers through to older children. Families regularly visit on sunny days, so it can get especially busy during school holidays and heatwaves.
During busy periods, the Splashpad may temporarily close between 2pm and 3pm for cleaning and safety inspections to help maintain high hygiene standards.
Important Splashpad Information
- The Splashpad is usually open daily from 11am to 5pm
- Temporary closures may happen for cleaning or urgent maintenance
- Children who are not toilet-trained should wear a swim nappy
- Please do not use bubble liquid or washing-up liquid in the Splashpad
- Children should always be supervised by an adult
The Splashpad is checked every morning, including water quality inspections and safety checks.

The enclosed playground includes separate zones for different age groups, helping younger children play safely while older children can enjoy more adventurous equipment.
